First Presbyterian Church is host to a monthly community wide Christian Men's breakfast. Participation is interdenominational. The breakfast is held the second Thursday of each month, 7:00 to 8:00 AM.

 

Several teams of cooks have been assembled and rotate duty. Occasionally a basket is set out for donations to help defray costs and to provide monies to give to local or other mission work.  For instance, funds were donated to Katrina victims.

 

A speaker is recruited each month to give a testimonial or present a devotional or other Christian related message.
